Hanworth Airpark Model Flying Club BMFAFour miles Southwest of London's Heathrow Airport, near FelthamSurreyWe currently have about 120 members, mostly flying fixed-wing aircraft but several also fly helicopters and electric powered planes as well. Training is done with dual-control (buddy-box) systems. IC powered flying is limited by the bylaws to 10:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs daily and Tuesday and Thursday afternoons between April 1st. to September 30th. from 16:00 hrs to 18:30 hrs. Extra times are being negotiated for club members only.It's a public field, so anyone can come along to see what we get up to.
